The Murph Curl Handle Barbell Set in urethane offers a complete solution for bicep and forearm training. This set of 5 barbells (20-60 lbs) is perfect for beginners and intermediate users looking to build strength and muscle mass.

Each fixed barbell features an ergonomic curved handle for optimal comfort and maximum muscle activation. Made with a premium urethane coating, these barbells resist daily wear and tear while protecting your floors.
