Our lifting belt is made with premium nylon and 0.25'' thick foam with a laminated anti-tear exterior and an antimicrobial interior. The back panel measures 5'' in height, tapering to 4'', and includes a grey and black rubber MURPH logo emblem. The durable nylon support strap is 3'' in diameter.
Easier Adjustments
The black buckle design allows for smoother and more precise adjustments. The strap end is folded and sewn, allowing users to loosen, tighten, or remove the belt more easily when transitioning from light movement exercises to heavy lifting exercises.
Velcro for Custom Patches

Really comfortable and sturdy! I use it for farmer holds and it works great, the handles stay stable and don't touch the legs during the exercise. The construction seems solid and all welds are present (unlike Amazon models).
