The MURPH® 2.0 Olympic Bar – 45 lb is designed to offer an optimal balance between stiffness, smooth rotation, and extreme durability. Constructed from high-strength 200,000 PSI steel, it can withstand up to 2000 lb of load without performance loss. Its all-black finish, combined with its signature blue endcaps, gives it a premium design while ensuring excellent protection against wear.

Equipped with eight needle bearings, the MURPH® 2.0 offers precise and controlled rotation, essential for Olympic lifts and quick transitions. Its 28 mm diameter and Volcano 1.2 knurling provide an aggressive yet comfortable grip, ideal for intense strength training, CrossFit, or weightlifting workouts.
