The MURPH Short Bar 35 lb Competition Bar is a compact version of our high-performance Olympic bar. With its reduced length and shortened sleeves, it's ideal for gyms with limited space, studio workouts, or for athletes who want a versatile, precise, and durable bar—without compromising on the lifting feel.

Featuring a premium Black Zinc coating, precise 1.2 Volcano knurling, and 220,000 PSI steel construction, this bar offers an optimal blend of stiffness, smooth rotation, and long-term durability.
