The Worm made its CrossFit Regional debut in 2018 as a team. This new compact MURPH model for 3 athletes measures 7.5' long, it's the beast for CrossFitters.
Many hours are spent on the precise construction of each hand-sewn Worm. All these parts are manufactured at the MURPH Fitness manufacturing site, using 1050D Cordura quality. The key to the design - and its challenge as a multi-athlete training tool - is the uneven weight distribution. The Worm features a 12" (30.5 cm) diameter cylinder with an outer shell and internal filling materials of different sizes. The kit comes with (3) 70lbs or 100lbs filler bags, two additional 6LB divider bags. Insert the 7LB of wrap weight, (3) filler bags of your choice, and the 3-person WORM can reach 235lbs up to 305lbs.
All filler bags include a secure double-locking system, combining a zipper and a hook-and-loop flap to prevent spillage when your team is on the go. Murph Worms are shipped empty to save on shipping costs, but can be easily filled. We will contact you to provide you with the method and materials to use to achieve the required weight.

Great! A very high-quality Wallball. The covering is robust and non-slip. The interior is evenly filled, so the grip and weight distribution are perfect!
Really comfortable and sturdy! I use it for farmer holds and it works great, the handles stay stable and don't touch the legs during the exercise. The construction seems solid and all welds are present (unlike Amazon models).
