The 4-person version of the Worm made its CrossFit Regional debut in 2018 as a team. This new compact MURPH model is 11' long; it's a beast for CrossFitters.
Many hours are spent on the precise construction of each hand-sewn Worm. All these parts are manufactured at the MURPH Fitness production site, using high-quality 1050D Cordura. The key to the design – and its challenge as a multi-athlete training tool – is the uneven weight distribution. The Worm features a 12" (30.5 cm) diameter cylinder with an outer shell and internal filling materials of various sizes. The kit comes with (4) 70lb or 100lb filler bags, three additional 6lb divider bags. Insert the 7lb shell weight, (4) filler bags of your choice, and the 4-person WORM can reach from 305lbs up to 425lbs.
All filler bags include a secure double-lock system, combining a zipper closure and a hook-and-loop flap to prevent spillage when your team is on the move. Murph Worms are sold empty to save on shipping costs but can be easily filled. We will contact you to provide the method and materials to use to achieve the required weight.
** Worms are sold empty; we will provide you with all the necessary information for filling the worm after purchase, at a minimal cost.

Let our customers speak for us
After completing our first Hyrox, my son asked for this bag for his 21st birthday because it was the perfect level of organization and function for his training. He can pack all of his things in an organized fashion to go from the gym to the golf course or work. Customer service was fantastic, shipping was prompt and the price is great for the quality! We will definitely purchase product from Murph again.
Great bar, looks great and more importantly, it performs super well, great whip, excellent for power cleans and power snatches. I’m very happy with this bar.
Great! A very high-quality Wallball. The covering is robust and non-slip. The interior is evenly filled, so the grip and weight distribution are perfect!
Really comfortable and sturdy! I use it for farmer holds and it works great, the handles stay stable and don't touch the legs during the exercise. The construction seems solid and all welds are present (unlike Amazon models).
Wow 🤩 I love my new bag, you can add compartments to separate things and there are several other storage options! And the product quality is excellent! I recommend it for athletes :) and travelers!
