MURPH® AB-3 Pro Adjustable Bench
Stability. Versatility. Professional Performance.
The MURPH® AB-3 Pro Adjustable Bench is designed to meet the demands of serious athletes and high-end training facilities. Ultra-robust, precise, and incredibly stable, it offers 9 incline positions, allowing you to easily switch from flat bench presses to strict shoulder exercises, without loss of stability or unwanted movement.
Thanks to its adjustable and lockable seat, your position remains optimal, allowing you to focus on execution and load — not on the equipment. Its smart design with front wheels and integrated handle makes it easy to move around the training room, even when loaded.
Looking for a bench that doesn't wobble, doesn't tip, and can handle anything you throw at it? The AB-3 Pro is worthy of the MURPH® name — solid, reliable, and ready for intensive use.

Let our customers speak for us
After completing our first Hyrox, my son asked for this bag for his 21st birthday because it was the perfect level of organization and function for his training. He can pack all of his things in an organized fashion to go from the gym to the golf course or work. Customer service was fantastic, shipping was prompt and the price is great for the quality! We will definitely purchase product from Murph again.
Great bar, looks great and more importantly, it performs super well, great whip, excellent for power cleans and power snatches. I’m very happy with this bar.
Great! A very high-quality Wallball. The covering is robust and non-slip. The interior is evenly filled, so the grip and weight distribution are perfect!
Really comfortable and sturdy! I use it for farmer holds and it works great, the handles stay stable and don't touch the legs during the exercise. The construction seems solid and all welds are present (unlike Amazon models).
Wow 🤩 I love my new bag, you can add compartments to separate things and there are several other storage options! And the product quality is excellent! I recommend it for athletes :) and travelers!
