YUKON HEX BAR MURPH® – Premium Open Trap Bar

Power. Safety. Total Versatility.

The YUKON HEX BAR MURPH® is a premium open trap bar designed to provide a more natural, safer, and higher-performing movement than a traditional straight bar. Thanks to its open design and premium handles, it allows for optimal execution of deadlifts, farmer carries, shrugs, step-ups, lunges, and advanced functional training.

Its ergonomic design reduces lower back pressure, improves posture, and allows you to train the entire posterior chain with a heavier load and superior control. Whether for a commercial gym, a performance center, or a serious home gym, the Yukon Hex Bar is an essential piece of equipment.

Key Features

  • Open design (Open Trap Bar): allows for dynamic movements and easy entry/exit from the bar

  • Interchangeable dual-height handles to adjust movement depth

  • Premium knurled handle system for a firm and comfortable grip

  • 2" Olympic sleeves made of hard chrome, compatible with all MURPH® plates

  • Reinforced steel structure designed to support heavy loads in commercial use

  • MURPH® Yukon laser-engraved end caps – signature finish

Why use an Open Hex Bar?

  • Reduces lumbar stress compared to conventional deadlifts

  • Allows for a more vertical posture and better force transfer

  • Enables variations impossible with a closed hex bar (walking lunges, carries, step-ups)

  • Ideal for beginner athletes to advanced lifters

  • Promotes safer progression with heavy loads

After completing our first Hyrox, my son asked for this bag for his 21st birthday because it was the perfect level of organization and function for his training. He can pack all of his things in an organized fashion to go from the gym to the golf course or work. Customer service was fantastic, shipping was prompt and the price is great for the quality! We will definitely purchase product from Murph again.

Great! A very high-quality Wallball. The covering is robust and non-slip. The interior is evenly filled, so the grip and weight distribution are perfect!

Really comfortable and sturdy! I use it for farmer holds and it works great, the handles stay stable and don't touch the legs during the exercise. The construction seems solid and all welds are present (unlike Amazon models).
