The MURPH® 2.0 Technique Bar – 15 lb Chrome is the ideal tool for perfecting Olympic weightlifting movements before progressing to heavier loads. Designed for beginners, young athletes, and technical re-learning phases, it offers the same dimensions as a standard Olympic bar, but with a reduced weight of 15 lb.

Its robust steel construction, durable chrome finish, and 28 mm diameter ensure a realistic grip, authentic feel, and excellent durability, even with intensive use. It is perfect for technical training in snatch, clean & jerk, or for working on mobility and posture under the bar.
