Essential for improving your physical condition, performance, and muscle strengthening, our vest is synonymous with high quality and durability. It helps build muscle, stimulate power, endurance, and even speed and explosiveness. It also allows you to train by artificially increasing body weight. This supplement makes the cardiovascular system and all muscles work more intensely.
Design
Made from ultra-resistant and water-resistant 600D nylon, the MURPH vest is specially designed to offer greater freedom of movement, a lightweight feel, and optimal breathability. Padded shoulder straps reduce friction, adjustable tension bands improve stability, and innovative airflow channels and mesh ensure sustained comfort.
Very similar in design to the one used at the Games. Add your patches to customize it to your image. You can currently choose from 10 colors. The MURPH rubber or leather patch perfectly complements the design.
The vest has been designed to withstand a lot of abuse and is made to stay in place, even when performing movements such as running or any other movement where you can add weight variables but you can't really do it with dumbbells, kettlebells, or other types of weights.
Weight
It is recommended to choose a vest that corresponds to 10% of your body weight. Ours weighs 3.5 lbs, so you'll need two 8.25 lb plates to make it a 20 lb weight or two 5.25 lb plates for a 14 lb weight. We've done the math for you.
Recommended workouts
Several exercises can be performed with the vest. While your imagination is your only limit, we love wearing our vests for our push-ups, pull-ups, squats, burpees, for running, and especially: for all exercises with Kettlebells, Dumbbells, barbells, Sandbags, and more!
